What Demofy costs

Pro is US$29 a month, or US$290 a year — 2 months free. It is per workspace rather than per seat, so the fifth person on the team costs what the first one did. Everything below Pro is free, forever — a guest makes a finished 1920 × 1080 video with no account and no card, and it is a file you can download, share and embed. A free render closes on a small “Made with Demofy” card, which is one of the things Pro takes off. The full plan table is on the pricing page.

Where Walnut is the better answer

  • It is built for a revenue team rather than for a video: playlists, digital sales rooms, lead-capture forms and prospect personalisation are the product, and a video file is none of them.
  • The output is interactive. A buyer clicks through a captured copy of your product at their own pace, and can take a path a linear video cannot offer.
  • Named-account identification on demo traffic through ZoomInfo, Demandbase, 6sense or Clearbit, plus an advanced Salesforce integration and conversational analytics.
  • A dedicated CSM, contracted first-response SLAs on every tier, and professional-services hours included in the plan.

Where Demofy is the better answer

  • Nobody captures the product and nobody assembles the demo: a URL and a sentence are the whole input, and the flow is discovered, filmed and narrated for you.
  • A demo is a stored plan, so it is shot again against the changed product rather than re-captured — and a capture that dies on a moved element is re-shot once by itself.
  • Every re-shoot is a new version beside the old one, so nothing is overwritten and links already shared keep working.
  • One workspace price with no seat ladder and no credit pool, and everything below Pro is free: a guest makes a finished, downloadable video with no account and no card.

The part that does not flatter us

Walnut is not priced for the person reading this page — its entry plan is $575 a month billed annually — but for the team it IS priced for it does things Demofy has no version of: an interactive demo a buyer drives, a deal room, lead capture, and named accounts on the traffic. If you are buying a demand-generation surface, a video is not a cheaper one.

Which to pick

Walnut is a sales platform that happens to produce demos; Demofy produces one artefact and keeps it current. Choose Walnut when the demo has to sit inside a pipeline. Choose Demofy when it has to be a video that survives the next release.

Neither table settles it. Paste your own URL and watch what comes back — that takes less time than reading this page did, and it costs nothing.
