Do I need an account to make a demo?
No. Paste a URL on the home page and Demofy makes the video — no sign-up screen, no card, nothing to install. A guest gets 3 demos a day; a free account gets 10, and everything you made as a guest moves with you when you sign up.
What does the free plan actually give me?
A finished 1920 × 1080 demo you can download, share and embed — not a watermarked preview of one. The step editor, per-beat sound, projects, sharing and embedding are all free, forever. Free renders close on a small “Made with Demofy” card; that card is what Pro removes.
What does Pro add?
High and Ultra capture (2.5K and 4K), your own brand colour as the backdrop on every video, your own narration voice, and no “Made with Demofy” card at the end.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on the monthly plan: 7 days, for anyone who has not subscribed before. It takes a card up front and charges nothing until the trial ends, so you can cancel inside it and pay nothing. The annual plan has no trial. The free tiers are not a trial at all — they have no clock and never ask for a card.
Is Pro priced per seat?
No. Pro belongs to a workspace, so everyone in it renders at the same tier for the one price on the card above, and paying yearly gets you 2 months free. Adding a teammate does not add a bill.
What happens to my videos if I cancel?
You keep them. Cancelling takes the Pro features off new renders and takes nothing else: every video you already made stays in your library, stays downloadable, and keeps working at the link you shared. Your brand colour is kept too, and comes straight back if you subscribe again.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Plan. Its “Manage billing” link opens your payment provider’s own portal, where cancelling is one press — and anyone who can buy for a workspace can also cancel for it, so there is no email to send. If that link is not on the card, use “Contact support” on the same page and we will cancel it for you.
